CC T&G Roof Deck<\/strong> is Camper Cabin (CC) Tough-and-Groove (T&G) Roof Deck, a custom Wood Product developed and produced for the ATTB<\/a> Construction Project. The product is produced out of Northern White Pine as part of our Forestry Stewardship<\/a> Program<\/a> to log out pine in favor of mixed hardwoods. The product is logged by CDP Construction crews and cut on our Woodmizer LT40 Sawmill. Planing is done in our Woodshop on our Jet 20″ Planer and final edge-milling for the T&G is done by a neighbor on antique milling machines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Install<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      1. Roof Deck is installed directly on rafters from above with overhang figured (visible from exterior).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. All butt joints between boards are supported and hidden on rafters.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. Board lengths are alternated so butt joints do not align in adjacent rows.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      4.
