The top Blodgett Zephaire 200 E convection oven in Spruce Lodge Kitchen is unable to go higher than 275F. On Sunday, the temperature cut-off switch went off and had to be reset. This is the switch located under the control panel cover that we had problems with over the summer. Once reset, the oven could start, but was not able to reach temperature.
The issue may be the heating elements. When tested by DL, they showed significantly more resistance than the same parts on the bottom oven.

We found parts charred/melted from electrical arcing and corrosion including the contactor and terminal block. This meant a few of the element wires had come loose from the lugs on the contacter and also one main current wire btw the contactor and terminal block was disconnected.
Contactor in the bottom unit also showed some damage and loose terminal on the supply side.
We ordered from Amazon:
2 x Blodgett 90588 Contactor
1 x Blodgett 17556 Terminal Block
25ft Radix #8 AWG High Temp Wire
There is a fan on the back of the oven that cools the controls. It was completely covered grease and dust. I believe this is what caused the oven failure. This should be clean every 6 months.
