Cabin 7 Toilet Leak or Over-flow

The guests in Promise Woods Cabin 7 reported the Gerber Ultra Flush Toilet leaking or over-flowing. When I arrived, the toilet flushed fine with no obvious issues, back-ups, or leaks. The floor was wet and covered in paper towels. I confirmed toilet operation and cleaned up the floor. We should monitor in case the issue can be replicated later.
