      Auction
      * Plants sold well
      * Bruderhof bake goods and produce were very important
      * Lower amount of hand-made goods
      * Better quality of
      * Unload late items on Sat morning directly in tent.
      * Silent auction for art did not go well
      * Gift with Joe & Siena Medima; dinner date

      Snack Shop
      * Sold well later in day (not at reg)
      * Notebooks, sweaters (weather)

      Registration
      * Need taped lines for crowd control
      * Good processing as much as possible on previous Friday
      * When big groups arrive they are have pre-filled forms; we need to a pod duplicates
      * Reg table should have full schedule sign. (parking lot sign was moved).

      Day, Program
      * Vibe was good, despite weather
      * Lunch count 258
      * Bontrager children felt recognized
      * Sound system; microphone type, need consultation on sound system – donor gift; needs mounting to the wall
      * A little long; but good
      * Future program should build in more space for the churches
      * Face painting off the hook.
      * Great: Celmali’s poem; Ken’s exhortation to support Camp
      * Great participation
      * Great to have ladies (Barb) at the table
      * [ ] Registration thank you/debrief Zoom.
      * [ ] Thanks yous (Board Meeting); email list of vols to Development Assistant
      * [ ] Dropbox for photos link to Team

      Food
      * Lunch hour: we have to set same times. (Future time: 11:30-2:30pm)
      * Volunteers: 1-2 in kitchen
      * We overcooked; ceiling on cookies, timed release
      * Some issues were anticipation, timing, etc.
