Kiddie P3010B Smoke Detector in Motel 6 Faulty

The Kiddie P3010B Battery Smoke Detector in Twin Birch Motels 6 had a false alarm and could not be hushed even after spraying out with compressed air. Unit must be replaced. None in stock (the was a P3010CU, but it did not perform when the test button was pressed.)

Temporarily replaced with wired 120V smoke with battery back-up. Tested and confirmed works without building power connection. Required changing bracket. Retained old bracket.

Will order new Kiddie P3010B replacements.
