This summer during Summer Camp, both Blodgett Zephaire 200 E convection ovens in Spruce Lodge required manual reset of the temperature safety switch under the control panel. When this occurs, the oven has power and can be set to run, but the relay that turns on the heat cycle does not click closed.

The switch is located on a bracket near the center point of the area under the control panel. Two screws must be removed to open the trim piece under the doors. Then the control panel can be removed.

The reset switch is a small red post on the top of the switch between the two pink terminal connectors.

Before I knew the post was a manual reset, I bought a replacement Blodgett 56760 Thermal Switch from Amazon — so one is now in stock at Maintenance.

This issue recurred on the top oven on Sunday. I reset it, but it may have revealed a larger issue with the heating element.
