Motel 8 Toilet Runs Continuously

Motel 8 in Main Camp has a toilet that runs continually. Reported by guests during Homecoming.
On 17th evaluated gather tools.
18th trouble shouting. Tested water pressure, filter, cleaned air intake, removed pressure value and cleaned reinstalled and still leaking.
Ben ordered pressure valve to be here Friday.

DL informed me this is a Sloan Ultra Flush Toilet with a Flushmate tank insert. Usually, when these run continuously, it’s a sign the flush cartridge / piston is worn. I ordered a replacement cartridge:
