PROPOSED: Camp Should Facilitate Cooperation Btw Sharing Groups

The following was proposed by an owning church in response to issues arising from sharing Camp with other groups and the awkwardness raised by those issues: When groups are sharing Camp due to neither being large enough to qualify for exclusive use, or not willing to pay the associated fees, Camp would foster dialog between the groups for cooperation around the use of facilities and fostering a mutually beneficial ministry atmosphere.

Questions to develop the proposal:

• What kind of communication would lead to the best cooperation?
• What would be done in the case of a group not cooperating?
• What would be the strategy when language barriers exist?
