The Grounds means the entire property owned by Camp Deerpark. Camp’s property includes 29 buildings and approximately 395 acres: 26 acres of lawns and 369 acres of woods and meadows. The property includes land in both Orange County and Sullivan County,

Reference Information
Camp is located in two counties within two towns. The Town of Deerpark in Orange County (parcels 7.22.21, 7.35.1, 7.38) and The Town of Mamakating in Sullivan County (parcels 77.30, 78.5). When engaging in activities requiring permitting (i.e. construction, major timber harvest), the governing authority depends on the location of the activity on Camp grounds.
